Findings

Source

Sources are the evidence layer of a signal. Each one is a URL plus a verdict — supports, contradicts, unrelated, or unreachable — and an optional snippet. Source verdicts are what drive a signal’s grounding state.

Verdicts

Supports — the page substantively backs the signal. Contradicts — the page argues against it. Unrelated — the page does not bear on the claim. Unreachable — the page could not be fetched at evaluation time.

Adding sources by hand

You can paste sources directly onto a signal at any time. New sources land with no verdict; the next source-and-verify run judges them. You can also delete or replace sources manually.

How sources count

Only contributing sources drive grounding state — supports for a verified signal, contradicts for a rejected one. Unrelated and unreachable sources are recorded for transparency but do not move the verdict.
