• One fixed price per plan. Each plan bundles capacity, editor seats, and a monthly AI usage allowance. Nothing meters in the background.
• Two plans today. Starter is €150/mo and Pro is €390/mo on annual billing. For more Workspaces, seats, or usage, see the plans or ask us for a tailored quote.
• You pay for editor seats only. Viewers (read-only) and external Guests are free and unlimited on every plan, and never count against the seat cap.

• AI usage included. Each plan includes a monthly allowance for model API usage through Signals, covering scans, fact-checks, and images.
• A monthly cap, not a metered bill. You will not get a surprise overage. The app shows the cost of an action before you run it, and the budget resets each billing period.
• Every run is logged. Each AI action records its model and usage details, exportable as CSV for your own records and chargebacks.

• EUR, exclusive of VAT. VAT is handled at checkout. EU businesses can supply a VAT ID for reverse-charge.
• Annual or monthly. Pay annually (twelve months upfront) or month to month at a small premium. Annual saves about 20%.
• Invoicing is annual-only. Annual plans can pay by invoice: NET 30 bank transfer or purchase order. Monthly plans are billed to a card at checkout.
• Cancel anytime. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for the unused term.

• SSO through WorkOS. Connect your own identity provider over SAML or OIDC, with SCIM directory sync for enterprise IdPs.
• Org-scoped roles. Admin, editor, and viewer roles, with a hard tenant boundary between organizations.
• Run records. Every AI run is recorded with its model, prompt, sources, and outputs for review.
• No training on your data. We do not use your prompts, outputs, or Workspace content to train models.

• GDPR and UK GDPR. We support data subject access, correction, and deletion. A data processing addendum is available on request.
• Sub-processor certifications. Our infrastructure providers (WorkOS, Convex, Vercel) maintain SOC 2 Type II reports, shareable under NDA.
• Our own posture. Signals is not yet SOC 2 certified. We operate to SOC 2 aligned controls and can walk your team through current readiness.

To open an account we need a work email, your company name and country, and a VAT ID if you are an EU business. Once terms are agreed, we set up your organization and turn on access. Read-only access for reviewers is free, so your evaluators can look around without consuming a seat.
