How does pricing work?
Starter and Pro are fixed monthly self-serve plans. Each bundles capacity, editor seats, and a monthly AI usage allowance. Starter is €150/mo, Pro is €390/mo on annual billing. Enterprise is custom for teams that need procurement, security, support, or rollout terms.
What does my AI budget buy?
Your monthly budget is spent on research actions: deep scans (a multi-model pass over a theme, running source-and-verify, briefing assistant, and assessment), fact-checking signals, and generating images. On Starter, a typical month is about 25 scans plus 500 fact-checked signals or 500 images. On Pro, roughly 75 scans plus 1,500 fact-checks or images. Mix them however your work needs, and the app shows the usage before you run anything.
What happens if I use up my monthly AI budget?
We let you know as you approach the limit. The budget refreshes at the start of each billing period. If you regularly need more, reach out and we'll sort out a larger plan.
Does unused AI budget roll over?
No. The AI budget is a monthly allowance that resets each billing period. It's a cap on usage, not a balance you build up.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is anyone in your Organization who can create or edit: author Signals, run Workflows, edit Playbooks, generate Reports. Viewers (read-only members) and external Guests invited to specific Workspaces are always free and unlimited.
Is Signals self-serve, or do you run the research for us?
Both. You can run scans yourself, end to end, or add a Work Session where we facilitate: framing the brief, running the scan live with your team, and shaping the output into something you can present. Same platform; the Work Session adds the hands-on method on top.

Do you offer nonprofit or academic discounts?
Yes. We work with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations and offer discounted access for qualifying use cases. Use the Contact page and we'll sort out the right rate for your organization.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, but every visitor gets one free scan: enter a research theme and we run a starter Workflow on us. The output becomes the first Session in your Workspace if you sign up.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
Invoicing is available on annual plans only. Annual subscriptions can pay by NET 30 bank transfer or PO, with the commercial terms your reviewers need. Monthly plans are billed to a card. The Procurement page gathers billing, tax, and security information in one place.
