Roles & access
Access is decided at the organization boundary. Every member has one of three roles, and an admin can grant another organization guest access at a chosen role to share work without duplicating data.
Viewer
Read workspace, session, signal, and report data.
Editor
Everything a viewer can do, plus create and edit signals, sessions, reports, and collections. Editors do the day-to-day research work.
Admin
Everything an editor can do, plus create or delete workspaces, manage members, edit organization settings, and grant guest access to other organizations.
Guest grants
A grant is whole-organization to whole-organization at a single chosen role. Every member of the guest org sees the host org’s data at that level. Revoke from organization settings.
