Collection
Collections let you cut across sessions to gather the strongest findings on a theme. They are unordered sets — closer to a playlist than a folder — and they live at the workspace level.
Curating signals
Add signals to a collection from the signal detail page, or bulk-add everything currently visible in a session’s signals table. The same signal can belong to many collections.
What happens when signals change
Merged or deleted signals automatically disappear from the collection view but rejoin if they’re restored. Collections never duplicate signal data — they reference signals by identity, so edits in a session reflect immediately.
When to use one
Stage a shortlist before writing, gather standouts across a quarter of scans, share a theme with colleagues, or bookmark signals you want to revisit. Collections are workspace-scoped, so members of the workspace all see the same ones.
